1.1 Returns of goods are handled in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated August 17, 2001 “On the Approval of Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication,” and Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
1.2 The characteristics of each product sold on MUKUTIS.LT are specified in the product description provided for each item.

1.4 The Seller is not liable if the color, shape, or other parameters may not match the actual size, shape, and color of the products due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer or other technical reasons, as well as taking into account reasonably possible discrepancies in appearance.
1.5 Exchanges and returns of goods are processed within 14 days of the order being delivered and upon receipt of a written request from the Buyer (via email to info@mukutis.lt), which must include the order number, a list of the goods to be returned or exchanged, and the reason for the return or exchange.
1.6 To return a product that is in good condition, the Buyer is responsible for its packaging and shipping costs.
1.7 A quality item being returned must be in its original, undamaged packaging, not damaged by the Buyer, and retaining its original appearance (labels intact, protective film not removed, etc.), and must be in the same configuration as when received by the Buyer, accompanied by the proof of purchase and warranty card (if issued).
1.8 If the wrong item and/or a defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace such items with similar items or, at the Buyer’s request, to refund the money paid for the item(s). The Seller shall cover the delivery costs.
1.9 The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set forth in this section.
1.10 Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the product is covered by a 2-year warranty.
